Lorraine Purvor is Manager at Willowmere Lodge.
Lorraine is an experienced Care Manager with over 25 years in the health & social care sector, specialising in residential dementia care.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated and passionate in supporting individuals living with dementia, ensuring they receive compassionate, high standards of person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life. Her extensive experience, combined with her caring and empathic approach has enabled her to support countless residents, families and care professionals over the years.
Lorraine is committed to creating safe, fun, nurturing environments where individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to live as independently as possible. She believes that open, honest communication is fundamental to building trust and strong relationships with residents and colleagues and leads with a supportive, collaborative approach, empowering her team to thrive.
