Meet The Manager
Louise Lambert is Manager at Whitewater Place.
I have been working as a General Manager within Barchester for 9 years and I’m very proud to be managing a new, fantastic and caring team. I worked within the NHS for 14 years and, when I left, I managed a nursing agency that covered the South East of England.
It is my job to ensure we run a caring and safe environment at Whitewater Place, our beautiful home has everything it needs to give our residents a fabulous experience and equally be an enjoyable home for staff to work in. Natasha, my deputy manager, and I will work closely together to ensure we deliver the best care for our residents.

OPENING SOON
Whitewater Place is a brand-new purpose-built care home in Odiham opening in Summer 2026 that will provide excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment, as well as caring for those living with dementia. Alongside long-term care, we will also offer short-term breaks for respite and intermediate care. Our experienced and dedicated team will be ready to deliver exceptional standards of compassionate care, which focuses on the individual needs of each resident.
