I am the General Manager at Watermeadow Grange. I am truly passionate about our community at the home and believe it really is a wonderful place to live and work.
As a nurse with 17 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting people to live their lives to the fullest. I have managed several different care settings including nursing homes and secure hospitals. I have also spent many years working as a palliative care nurse specialist, which is an area of nursing that remains a passion.
Watermeadow Grange is a newly-built luxury care home in the historic town of Topsham near Exeter.
In a class of its own – it is part of the Cinnamon Care Collection group, which is proud to be recognised as one of the Top 20 Large Care Home Groups in the UK for the 7th year running by independent reviewer Carehome.co.uk.
The home offers residents person-centered residential care and dementia care within exquisite surroundings. It also offers first-class respite care and convalescent care, with short-stays available to help families and carers when looking after a loved one.
