Prior to his career in care, Tom worked in sales and marketing with Carpet Right, an experience that has sharpened his ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
His transition from carer to care manager is marked by dedication, empathy, and continuous growth. At Vine Living, Tom plays a key role in designing and delivering responsive care services that are tailored to individual needs. His leadership style is warm and collaborative, placing both client outcomes and staff wellbeing at the core of our service.
