Our dedicated team provides round-the-clock support 365 days a year. Though many of our homeowners do not need an optional personal care package, our 24-hour on-site team provides the reassurance that both you and your family appreciate and the peace of mind that, in any event, help is immediately to hand.

Tailored personal care packages*

Care provision is completely flexible, so should requirements change in the future or short-term support is needed for post-operative care or after an illness, the discreet care team can accommodate each homeowner’s needs. They can arrange tailored personal care packages to suit your individual needs. A personal approach is offered to ensure that just the right amount of care is received to maintain independence.
