Meet The Manager

Denice Tricker is Manager at SureCare Southend (Live-in Care).

Denice has worked in the care sector for 25 years, dealing with a range of different responsibilities in various roles. She worked her way up from a Care Worker role to positions including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager and finally Registered Manager. Her experience covers a range of environments like complex care agencies, domiciliary care providers and care homes.

Throughout these different roles, Denice has mentored and encouraged employees to reach their full potential, as they delivered services in a supportive and compassionate manner. In addition to this, she has always maintained a strong focus on achieving quality standards, adhering to CQC regulations. Her experience makes her the ideal person to oversee operations at SureCare Southend, as she aims to create an environment that enables both care staff and service users to feel comfortable and respected every day.

In cases where a regular home care service may not be enough, Live-in Care from SureCare Southend provides you with a more dedicated offering. Our Live-in Care service allows you to continue living independently in the comfort and security of your own home, while receiving professional support and assistance from a full-time live-in care worker.

Given the choice, more people say they would prefer to receive care at home as opposed to moving into a specialist care setting. While most home care services are carried out during regular visits, it’s often difficult to find a more dedicated, round-the-clock service. Our Live-in Care option aims to make it easier for you to get the right level of care you require.
