Meet The Manager
Rhys Chandler is Manager at St Jude's Care (Live-in Care).
I’ve worked in social care since 2014, and for six of those years I’ve proudly served as a Registered Manager. In February 2025, I joined St Jude’s Care as Operations Director, excited to bring my experience and passion to a family-run service that truly puts people first. My focus is on delivering the highest quality care across our live-in, homecare, and supported living services.
I believe in building strong, compassionate teams and creating environments where both clients and carers feel supported, respected, and valued. It’s a privilege to help shape a service that makes a real difference every day.
