Deborah is a dedicated caregiver with a lifelong passion for nursing and a career spanning 40 years in the healthcare sector. Deborah’s journey, from her early aspirations as a nurse to her current role as Home Manager at Springfield Manor in Stoke on Trent, reflects her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care for older people and those living with dementia.

Deborah’s illustrious career began at the tender age of 3 when she knew she wanted to be a nurse. With 27 years of experience in the NHS, Deborah progressed to become a Divisional Nurse Manager in surgery, overseeing 14 wards and departments. Recognising her long-term passion for elderly care and dementia, Deborah transitioned to the social care sector, managing three care homes over a fifteen-year period. Her extensive experience, coupled with a BSc Hons degree in Adult Nursing, equips her with the knowledge and skills needed for her role at Springfield Manor.
