Sarah has worked for Springfield since 2013, starting as a domiciliary carer before progressing to supervisor and service manager. Sarah is passionate about delivering kind and compassionate care, always striving to reach the best outcomes from her carers and their customers. Outside of work Sarah enjoys reading, countryside walks and spending time with her family and friends.

The team have extensive knowledge and experience of supporting customers in their own homes and they participate in community work citywide. Springfield Leeds branch is a trusted partner of Leeds City Council and is currently working alongside the council on a community wellbeing pilot, looking to explore new ways to support individuals to live a fulfilled life.
