Meet The Manager
Shahira Salah is Manager at Rosewood Domiciliary Care.
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our support services, ensuring that each individual receives safe, reliable, and person-centred support. They coordinate staff, monitor service quality, and support ongoing training and development. With a strong commitment to dignity, independence, and wellbeing, they work closely with families to ensure clear communication and a consistent, high-quality service.
At Rosewood, we are dedicated to offering compassionate, reliable domiciliary support that helps adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. While we are not currently regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are committed to delivering non-regulated support services with professionalism, dignity, and genuine care.
As we continue developing our service and strengthening our presence within the community, we are proud to connect with local families, share helpful guidance, and be a trusted point of support. Our priority is to ensure that those who need a little extra help can access care that feels personal, respectful, and truly uplifting.
