Debra Price is Registered Manager at Pen -Y- Bont Care Home.

Debra is a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager at Pen-Y-Bont Care Home with over 25 years of experience in the adult social care sector. Her journey in the field began as a care worker, where she demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing quality care to residents.

Debra Price

Pen-y-Bont Care Home is located in Abertillery, a small former mining town located within South East Wales in Blaenau Gwent.

Abertillery is located 18 miles north west of Newport and 8 miles south of Ebbw Vale, with good links to the M4 motorway.

Pen-y-Bont Care Home is located approximately half a mile to the north of the town centre in an area characterised by traditional terraced housing, immediately opposite a Baptist Church. It is located on the corner of Victoria Street and Upper Royal Lane and bounded on the remaining sides by a single vehicle lane which runs to the rear of Granville Street and links to Victoria.

We are a purpose built home, providing care since the early 1990s. The property occupies a sloping site and reflects the town’s spirit in a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary sophistication.

Penybont Care Home has close links with local schools and nurseries, bridging generational gaps with our dementia care. This makes the home a thriving place, where our residents feel connected to their local communities. Our staff have even supported young people to become Dementia Friends, along with running regular sessions for all staff.
