Folasade is a seasoned social worker with over 12 years of experience supporting adults with mental and physical health challenges, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other complex needs. As both Service Manager and Registered Manager at Pearl Support Solutions Ltd, she leads with compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to person-centred care.
Her approach prioritizes the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of every individual, ensuring that support plans are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and aspirations. Folasade is passionate about creating safe, empowering environments where vulnerable adults can thrive. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to uphold best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and service delivery.
