Jane Legerton is Founder and Responsible Individual at Passionate About Care (Live-in Care).
Jane founded Passionate About Care in 2015 with a clear and personal vision: to deliver care that truly puts people first. With over 20 years of experience in the care industry, Jane witnessed first-hand the gaps in compassion, continuity, and personal connection that clients and their families often faced. Motivated by a desire to change this, she set out to create something better—an independent, family-run care company where warmth, dignity, and genuine relationships are at the heart of every service.
Jane's approach has always been simple yet powerful: care should be delivered with empathy, professionalism, and respect. Her commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care is what continues to drive the ethos of Passionate About Care.
For Jane, care is not just a service—it’s a calling. And Passionate About Care is the result of that enduring passion.
Passionate About Care was formed in 2015 as a privately owned, independent family company supplying client’s care at home in the vicinity of Havant, Waterlooville, Petersfield and surrounding areas.
Our realisation was that there was a gap in the care market for a company that wasn’t just looking to put any carer into any clients home, we want to put our clients needs first and match them with one of our experienced carers.
Passionate About Care is not about growing into a multinational care company, that’s not the path we’ve chosen, we’re looking to provide exceptional care to a core group of clients supported by our quality carers.
The subject to discussing providing care at home for a loved one can be a difficult discussion to say the least. Nobody likes to admit that they can’t cope the way they used too, but this need not be a difficult time with our support.
