Meet The Manager

I am really excited to be working at Mornington Court Care Home where every day is different and our residents never cease to make me smile. As General Manager, I feel privileged to be looking after people’s loved ones and I make sure every single one of our residents receives the best possible care suited to their needs. I have a deep passion for dementia care and my work on a project with leading dementia consultant, Dr Gemma Jones, and Dementia UK has enabled me to roll out Forget Me Not Cafés at the homes I’ve worked in to support our family carers.

I have 19 years’ care experience across residential, day care, domiciliary, rehabilitations and assessment settings with recent years at management level. Qualifications I hold include NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and the Leadership and Management Award.

Mornington Court is a state-of-the-art care home opening in New Milton, Hampshire, in late Spring 2020. It provides outstanding residential and respite care alongside support for people living with dementia in luxurious surroundings that radiate warmth and hospitality.

New Milton is a lively market town of great charm and character set among tranquil country lanes on the edge the New Forest. It benefits from excellent rail links to Bournemouth, Southampton and London Waterloo, as well as easy access to the M27 and M3.

Less than two miles to the south of New Milton lies a spectacular stretch of coastline. The cliff-top village of Barton on Sea is noted for the many fossils to be found in the geological beds in the cliffs. The Isle of Wight is just 75 minutes away by ferry.

If you or your loved one are searching for a luxurious and happy home with the reassurance of round-the-clock care, Mornington Court provides the perfect solution.
