Shirley Paterson is Registered Manager at Network Live in Care Ltd.
Shirley is the Registered Manager has more than 15 years’ experience, her background before Network Live in Care, a GOOD RATED PROVIDER, was working with social worker teams in a local authority, had experience within several sectors of health and social care.
She believes passionately in delivering a high standard of care. In fact, Shirley is very committed to the principle of live-in care which allows people to maintain their independence for as long as possible and live surrounded by their memories and family.
Her approach emphasises choice and independence by assessing each person’s care needs and carefully match them with a dedicated Care Worker or carers.
Services range from companionship and respite support to specialized care for conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer, and end-of-life care. Additionally, her team assists those transitioning from hospital and provide respite care.
