Meet The Manager

Rebecca Williamson is Manager at Moral Care.

Rebecca founded MoralCare after identifying significant gaps in homecare quality within the industry. As both the company's creator and registered managing director, she maintains a hands-on approach to leadership, identifying herself as a lead carer who prioritises care quality over profit.

Under Rebecca's leadership, MoralCare has grown to a team of 20 care workers, while maintaining exceptional standards - achieving a flawless CQC report with 'Good' ratings across all five domains and earning the North West Home-Care Employer Award at The Great British Care Awards in November 2024.

Her leadership philosophy centres on family values, transparency, and changing the negative perception of the care industry through exceptional service delivery and staff development.

Rebecca Williamson

MoralCare provides quality care in the local community of Morecambe for people aged 65 and above.

Our team is small and intimate to ensure all of our service users receive continuity of care and can build trust and familiarity with their allocated carer. We love what we do and aim to keep people as independent as long as possible in their own home, supporting them in all aspects of life.

Breaking the Mold. With so many care companies all claiming the same thing and delivering such different care services and standards, it can be tricky to know you are choosing the right company for you or your loved one. We've all seen the horrid panoramas and we've all heard the horror stories of someone we know experiencing the hands of a poor care company. It's important to know that no 2 care companies are the same and that not all agencies are bad. We care about all of our service users like our own family.
