Rachel Ellis is The Home Manager at Littleton Lodge.
Rachel has worked in the healthcare industry since she was 17 and has a wealth of knowledge having worked at the NHS for 12 years, working her way up into senior management positions. It was during that time that Rachel completed her management in health and social care level 6 qualification. In 2015 Rachel began working as a resident experience manager for 128 bedded care home, where excellent customer service was at the heart of everything. Rachel also takes much pride in her previous role as dementia champion.
Rachel began managing her first nursing care home in 2018 before moving into residential and dementia care with Ideal Carehomes.
Rachel is committed to delivering person-centred care and supporting residents to remain independent.

From Monday 7th February, the home are pleased to return to a more relaxed visitor structure in all of their homes as there will be no limit on the number of visitors that residents are able to welcome. |
