Angela McGurk is Manager at Lillyburn.
At Lillyburn, we are dedicated to providing a range of care services to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our commitment to personalised care extends to our specialised dementia care unit, Kintyre.
Lillyburn Care Home is a 40-bedroom purpose-built care home, located at Birdston Road, Kirkintilloch. At the cutting edge of care provision, Lillyburn Care Home provides 24-hour residential and nursing care in a comfortable and secure setting for the frail-elderly person and those with mild to moderate dementia.
We are proud to have been named one of the top 10 care homes in The Sunday Times Care Home League Table, a testament to our dedication to excellence. Our team is passionate about the welfare of our residents, ensuring that individual choice, privacy, and dignity are always prioritised.

There is a wonderful, happy, homely feel at Lillyburn Care Home, Kirkintilloch, where our team of nurses and carers provide 24-hour nursing care for all of our residents. The 40 tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms, arranged in suites of 10 bedrooms centred around a lounge, kitchen and dining area, each suite feels like a true home-from-home. Our design allows the team to care for a variety of care groups, including frail-elderly, dementia and physical disabilities. |
