Sharon has always had a passion for helping others and aims to make Launton Grange a relaxing place where residents feel happy and well taken care of with an abundance of activities and events for everyone to enjoy. 
Sharon and her team are committed to taking their time to get to know each resident, and their likes and dislikes to create a completely personalised care plan which is tailored to their individual needs.

Annie is a hard working, reliable and trustworthy individual. She has have seven years experience in the care industry including three years as a Care Assistant caring for elderly residents with dementia, two years experience as a Support Worker caring for adults with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, and two years as an office-based Care Co-ordinator with weekly on-call duties. Annie have experience in providing training sessions such as safeguarding and infection control. Annie prides herself on having an excellent work ethic and being able to manage a heavy workload. In her spare time, she enjoys days out with family, such as picnics, swimming and meals out.

Regional Director

Maria began working in the care industry over 16 years ago, initially managing staff deployment and training within a large care home. Maria’s career quickly progressed as she was promoted to Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and then Home Manager. Prior to this, Maria has also worked as an Accident and Emergency health care assistant at a local hospital.
Over the last 6 years, Maria has worked at director level, ensuring that each home within her remit is providing the highest standards of person-centred care. Maria joined Ideal Carehomes in 2020 as Regional Director for two commissioning homes, Launton Grange in Bicester and Sedgley Court in Dudley and her vision is to see these homes making a difference for their new residents right from the start. Nothing makes Maria smile more than seeing happy residents.

Stacey is passionate about making Ideal Care Homes exceptionally great places for to live, where residents continue to lead full and active lives.
Her devotion to providing the best in resident care is borne out of sixteen years’ experience in the sector – at the tender age of age of 22 she found herself managing a 40 bedded Nursing and Residential Home and has worked in the sector ever since.
A Leeds University Psychology graduate, Stacey’s is completely people focused but understands that for people to succeed, they required the right tools and processes to their job.

Quality Director

Allison joined Ideal Carehomes in October 2016 and has worked within the care sector for over 30 years. As Regional Director, she oversees homes in the Midlands and Yorkshire areas working with Home Managers to ensure our residents’ receive the best quality care. Allison can regularly be found at our homes, chatting with staff, residents and their families, building on the existing high standards with a continual programme of improvement. She is a great believer in person-centred care, and uses her excellent communication skills to cascade this ethos to the care teams within our homes, in turn creating caring and compassionate environments throughout.
