Our caring team are dedicated to ensuring life within our home is enriched with the opportunity to celebrate individuality, creating a home that empowers the people living with us to live life exactly how they choose too, where they can continue being the people they are and have always been.
Having started my career as a care assistant at the age of 18 and working my way up to Home Manager, I am delighted to now be leading a service that has truly been shaped by those living within it.

At Launton Grange, we offer 24 hour residential and dementia care in surroundings which create a great place to live. We pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives of our residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through to the aspirational choices we provide in our person-centred care. Our well-appointed care home has all the finishing touches you would expect from a luxurious home and has been designed with residents in mind.
Residents will enjoy all the luxury facilities on offer, including a welcoming reception area, en-suite bedrooms, a cinema room, café area, landscaped gardens and a hair salon.

![]() Annie HoggFront of HouseAnnie is a hard working, reliable and trustworthy individual. She has have seven years experience in the care industry including three years as a Care Assistant caring for elderly residents with dementia, two years experience as a Support Worker caring for adults with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, and two years as an office-based Care Co-ordinator with weekly on-call duties. Annie have experience in providing training sessions such as safeguarding and infection control. Annie prides herself on having an excellent work ethic and being able to manage a heavy workload. In her spare time, she enjoys days out with family, such as picnics, swimming and meals out. ![]() Maria TaylorRegional DirectorMaria began working in the care industry over 16 years ago, initially managing staff deployment and training within a large care home. Maria’s career quickly progressed as she was promoted to Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and then Home Manager. Prior to this, Maria has also worked as an Accident and Emergency health care assistant at a local hospital. ![]() Stacey LimmDirectorStacey is passionate about making Ideal Care Homes exceptionally great places for to live, where residents continue to lead full and active lives. ![]() Allison BoyleQuality DirectorAllison joined Ideal Carehomes in October 2016 and has worked within the care sector for over 30 years. As Regional Director, she oversees homes in the Midlands and Yorkshire areas working with Home Managers to ensure our residents’ receive the best quality care. Allison can regularly be found at our homes, chatting with staff, residents and their families, building on the existing high standards with a continual programme of improvement. She is a great believer in person-centred care, and uses her excellent communication skills to cascade this ethos to the care teams within our homes, in turn creating caring and compassionate environments throughout. |
