Infection Control: Regular hand washing, proper sanitation, and vaccination programs help prevent outbreaks.

Fall Prevention: Ensuring clear walkways, using assistive devices, and providing well-lit spaces reduce the risk of falls.

Staff Training: Equipping staff with knowledge in emergency response, dementia care, and safeguarding practices improves overall safety.

Secure Facilities: Controlled access, CCTV monitoring, and visitor protocols protect residents from potential harm.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
