Jon Sharpin is Registered Manager at Hemby Home Care.

Jon brings over a decade of hands-on experience in adult social care, having progressed from frontline care roles to senior leadership positions. Along the way, he’s gained his Level 5 Diploma in the Management of Adults in Care and a Level 3 in Teaching and Training. Jon is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and has a strong track record of supporting teams to do just that.

Jon helped lead services through several care quality inspections, consistently achieving strong results. Jon is especially excited about Hemby’s fresh Nordic approach to care and is committed to making sure every client feels supported, respected, and valued.
