Nadia Greenmaidan is General Manager at Heathland House.
It is my job to make sure Heathland House is full of happy thriving residents and staff. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the home as well as giving the heads of departments the tools they need to do their jobs. I see good communication and keeping in touch with the residents and families, as well as the team crucial to the good running of a home.
Heathland House is a luxury boutique style home in Ferndown, Dorset that brings first-class care and a wealth of superb amenities to the community.
