Meet The Manager
Nadia Greenmaidan is General Manager at Heathland House.
It is my job to make sure Heathland House is full of happy thriving residents and staff. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the home as well as giving the heads of departments the tools they need to do their jobs. I see good communication and keeping in touch with the residents and families, as well as the team crucial to the good running of a home.
Heathland House is a luxury boutique style home in Ferndown, Dorset that brings first-class care and a wealth of superb amenities to the community.
As part of the Cinnamon Care Collection group, they are proud to be recognised as one of the Top 20 Large Care Home Groups in the UK for the 7th year running by independent reviewer Carehome.co.uk.
