Hazel Madden is General Manager at Heath Lodge.
I have over 20 years of experience working in healthcare. I started my career in adult mental health before finding my true passion in elderly and dementia care. Once I found my passion I was determined to become registered manager of my own home and started taking steps to make this happen. With the support of my colleagues I began to learn all aspects of becoming a registered manager as well as completing a dementia friends and dementia excellence course.
Heath Lodge in Holt provides round the clock residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
The experienced and well-trained team aim to create a caring and supportive community for residents and their loved ones. Residents can enjoy the quality facilities including a café, cinema room and hair and beauty salon.
Each tastefully decorated bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and outside there is a beautiful, landscaped garden, perfect relaxing with loved ones.
Set within the beautiful North Norfolk countryside and four miles from the coast, the dedicated activities team organise regular activities, events and outings for residents.
