Opening in early 2027, Floreat Hills is a new purpose-built, all-inclusive care home in Houlton, a growing community on the eastern edge of Rugby.
We provide residential, dementia, and respite care, offering personalised support within the open landscape of the Warwickshire countryside. Luxury amenities and a full events and activities programme mean residents have freedom of choice over how each day unfolds.
Surrounded by acres of green space, the home sits within a welcoming neighbourhood, with nature close by and scenic walking routes to enjoy. It is a quiet spot, but easy to reach – four miles from the historic town of Rugby and less than three miles from Crick and Kilsby – remaining convenient for visiting friends and family.

En-suite bedrooms are bright and airy, with elegant communal spaces where residents can relax, create new connections, and settle into their day. There are comfortable lounges and a boutique cinema, a library, bistro, bar, a salon and a tearoom, as well as landscaped gardens for the warmer months. |
