Uloma is the Registered Manager and a Director in Ency Care Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
She is self-motivated and passionate about encouraging elderly and vulnerable adults to be cared for, maintaining their independence as long as possible. Uloma started her journey as a carer and then was promoted as a team leader in a residential care home, being in charge of 40 residents with dementia. She has achieved a level 5 diploma qualification in Health and Social Care.
Also currently a qualified registered nurse. Uloma believes it is an excellent privilege to empower the clients we care for, be hands-on, ensure they get first-class care and support.
Ency Care was set up in 2020 and fully registered in 2021.
