Stacey Bicker is Manager at Duncraggan Care Home.
Stacey brings over 15 years of nursing experience and 10 years in care home leadership to her role as Care Home Manager. Her clinical knowledge, combined with extensive management experience, ensures that residents receive exceptional standards of care within a safe, supportive and well-led environment.
She is deeply committed to getting to know each resident as an individual, recognising that person-centred care begins with understanding life history, preferences and personality. Stacey works closely with families to build trusting relationships and provide reassurance at every stage of the care journey.
Her leadership style is friendly, professional and empowering, ensuring that the home consistently delivers high-quality care with compassion and dignity.
In an idyllic conservation area in Rutherglen, Duncraggan has everything our residents need to enjoy a free yet supported lifestyle.
We form strong links with our local communities to ensure all residents have their needs met with minibus services to local events, along with facilities such as digital TV subscriptions, daily newspapers, hairdressers, podiatrists, on site laundry services and access to communication devices to stay in touch with loved ones. Personal dietary needs are treated with the upmost importance to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Every visitor to this Burnside home notices one thing first; the beautiful gardens laying in the front and back of this elegant Victorian building. Every resident can go from the communal dining room to the sunny conservatory, and on to the calm relaxation room that lets them take in the day. Residents are also encouraged to bring loved personal items to Duncraggan. |
