safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Our Building and Facilities

In 2019, the home extended the dining room and main lounge areas, making them bright and airy, with two sets of double doors opening into the garden. This extension work also added two extra bedrooms, one of which has French doors leading to a small court yard and the other opening out directly into the garden. Seven other ground floor rooms are also overlooking the garden.

For the summer of 2022 the garden was transformed into a multi-purpose area that has a lawn surrounded by a tropical mixture of plants in raised beds, with built in sun seating and a lovely shaded area under the pergola. The garden also boasts a contemporary water feature and is framed with a levelled resin floor which makes it easily accessible by the residents and their families when visiting.
