Meet The Manager

Shiva Sheikholeslami is Registered Home Manager at Clarendon House Care Home.

As the Registered Home Manager at Clarendon House Care Home, I lead the overall management and day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care, safety, dignity and wellbeing.

I lead, support and develop our dedicated team, creating a positive environment where colleagues feel valued, motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Residents are at the heart of everything we do, and I work closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs, choices and preferences are respected.

I ensure the home meets CQC standards, health and safety requirements and statutory regulations, while overseeing staffing, budgets, resources and services. I also build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, volunteers and local community groups, creating meaningful opportunities that promote residents’ wellbeing, independence, connection and sense of belonging.
