Leon is Home Manager at Chelmsford Manor Care Home.
I began my career 2003 as a Carer, driven by a lifelong passion for supporting and caring for others. Over the years, I have been fortunate to progress through the organisation and gain experience across every level of care. Throughout my career, I have completed extensive management and leadership training, providing me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effectively while maintaining a strong focus on compassionate, person-centred care. I am deeply committed to a holistic approach to care, recognising that every resident has their own unique life story, preferences, and needs. Ensuring these remain at the heart of everything we do is one of my greatest priorities. I am a passionate advocate for our residents. I strive to ensure every individual receives the highest standard of care, particularly those living with dementia or those who may no longer be able to express their needs..

Welcome to our brand new purpose-built luxury care home in Chelmsford. Opening in winter 2026, Chelmsford Manor will bring exceptional residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care to 60 residents in a modern, welcoming, luxurious care home.
For those requiring dementia care, Chelmsford Manor has advanced features to offer skilled support, while fostering independence. The Happiness Programme is an interactive light experience designed specifically for dementia care that’s successful in creating engaging and joyful moments.
