Vicky Hartgill is Registered care manager at Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe).

Vicky has many years experience in the Healthcare industry. She was the first registered Care Manager for Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) when it started in 2009, then left to be registered manager of Prestige Nursing and Phoenix Healthcare before being drawn back to Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) in 2017. Her cheerful and determined approach to ensuring the highest standards of care and support is what makes her stand out from the rest. Vicky says 'As a care provider, we must strive at all times to make peoples lives better and to support our carers so that they can work as a cohesive team to give their best to our vulnerable clients.'

Our goal is to maintain client independence in their own homes and we do this through our  healthcare expertise. Our dedicated and passionate team have been trained in our training suit and many of our staff have years’ experience working in healthcare. COVID-19 has not stopped us supporting our local community, in fact it has made it even more important to reach out and support those who are vulnerable.

Ladi is a Chartered Accountant with an in depth knowledge and passion for the business and understanding of the Caremark vision to provide high quality care to the local community. He has over 8 years’ experience of financial services in the healthcare sector and is more than happy to assist our clients with advise on the social care funding structure and contacts within the local authority. Working diligently behind the scenes to keep everything ticking over Ladi says ‘ While every day brings different challenges it is very rewarding to see the impact that we are making on a daily basis’.

Dane is our Human Resources and training manager, and supports all our staff, ensuring their training is up to date, specialist training is arranged when needed, and they get the encouragement and mentoring that they need and deserve. Dane has extensive experience in training care workers in all aspects leading to the professional Care Certificate. He is a qualified trainer who runs regular training programmes so that we can enhance our teams of support workers with new talent. Dane says 'I love helping people to give of their best, to learn new skills and to achieve new heights. '

Peter is our Senior Care Coordinator and previously worked in the senior leadership team of a large supermarket chain. Peter has superb customer service skills and works with his team of three care coordinators to ensure all our clients remain safe in their own home. Dorothy has been with us since 2012 and moved to the office as our Administrator in 2017. Dorothy manages our online web based system (PASS) to support our clients and carers, answering your calls and conducting audits to ensure the quality of our care remains high. Dorothy has extensive social care experience as she has worked as a carer in home care, live-in care and in care home industries, so Dorothy’s experience is incredibly helpful to her current work.
