Meet The Manager
Tamara Crosswell is Manager at Broadlands Lodge.
I have worked for just under 16 years in adult social care, starting as a care assistant and working my way up to a high manager level bringing her a wealth of practical experience and knowledge. My philosophy is that all residents come first and are encouraged to live their lives to the fullest. I recognise that everyone is an individual and that we are privileged to work in our resident’s homes, treating them as part of our extended family.
Broadlands Lodge in Postwick provides round the clock residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
The experienced and well-trained team aim to create a caring and supportive community for residents and their loved ones. Residents can enjoy the quality facilities including a café, cinema room and hair and beauty salon.
Each tastefully decorated bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and outside there is a beautiful, landscaped garden, perfect relaxing with loved ones.
Located just 15 minutes from Norwich and 30 minutes from the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, the dedicated activities team organise regular activities, events and outings for residents.
