Louise Green is Registered Manager at Blossom Home Care Nottingham.

Louise has over 15 years experience in care and healthcare including roles in medical sciences and with East Midlands Ambulance Service. Prior to joining Blossom Home Care, Louise managed a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Louise led the home from a 'requires improvement' rating to 'Outstanding'. After seeing many individuals being moved into care homes unnecessarily Louise is committed to revolutionising the home care industry by providing home care that is so specialised that individuals can lead a long, happy and safe life in their own homes surrounded by all the things that they hold dear.
