Silca Morley is Care Home Manager at Beech Tree House.
Silca has been qualified as a nurse in 1991 and has had a varied and rewarding career in the NHS and Private Sector. She has lived in the North East for the last 23 years, building on a wide experience that can be used and adapted to her present role.
Her favourite roles have included being a Community Nurse, night duty in Emergency Admissions unit , Ward Manager at North Tyneside in Elderly Care and rehabilitation, Matron at NSECH in the Hospital to Home team and the last two years as a Home Manager.
