Meet The Manager
Liz Atkins is General Manager at Baysfield Gardens.
Throughout her career, Liz has remained passionate about delivering person-centred care that respects each individual’s wishes, promotes independence, and ensures residents have choice and control over their daily lives. She believes that a caring and compassionate approach is at the heart of exceptional care.
Her goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues is central to her approach, and she is committed to ensuring that everyone who enters the home feels supported, respected, and cared for.
As General Manager, Liz takes great pride in supporting and developing her team to deliver the highest standards of care. She believes that by working together, the team can provide outstanding care and support to residents while giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the quality of care they deserve.

Designed to provide high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care, Baysfield Gardens will be a purpose-built home offering a premium, welcoming environment for up to 66 residents.
Situated on Eden Way, the home enjoys a convenient location within easy reach of Wymondham town centre, where residents can explore local shops, cafés and community amenities. Surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside, including The Oxford and The Lizard Pastures Nature Reserves, Baysfield Gardens offers the perfect blend of peaceful living and community life.
