It includes all of the usual comforts you would expect from one of Glasgow’s finest care homes, such as warm and welcoming living areas, bright and airy dining rooms all decorated to the highest standards of traditional taste with a modern twist.

We take the time to get to really know our residents, both before they arrive at Balmoral and during their stay with us. Good communication is central to residents happily settling in successfully with us and we like to find out as much as we can. Upon arrival, we discuss with our new client, and ideally also with their relatives, their background and complete a life story book. This enables us to provide personal care and dialogue that is tailored specifically to their needs.

We make sure that residents are always comfortable, reassured and dignified during their stay with us.
