Mitchelle Perry is Manager at Avon Park Residential Home.

Our modern care home has been providing quality care and accommodating the elderly for over 35 years. The property is set in landscaped grounds, creating a secluded and peaceful setting, in which to relax. We also offer a wide range of activities to ensure our residents regularly enjoy entertainment and social engagement. 

Our care home facilities are approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our staff are fully trained and committed to accommodating the needs of our guests.

So you can have peace of mind they are being cared for professionally and compassionately in our purpose-built residential care home.

Our residential care home is exceptionally well maintained and furnished to high standards of comfort and appearance. The residents’ rooms are mainly located on the ground floor and all have private en-suite facilities and BT telephone lines.

The home is a registered care home and complies with all the regulations under the Care Standards Act 2000 and inspectorate body, the  Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Description

Our care rooms are designed and maintained to ensure that our residents enjoy the highest possible standards of comfort. We have 38 single bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. All rooms are fitted with a 24-hour nurse call bell system, individual control central heating, a TV and private telephone line. Several rooms have patio doors and many have extensive views of the garden or surrounding areas.

We have regular outings, including shopping trips, bar lunches, and other activities in the local area, while also offering a wide range of activities within the home itself, such as bingo, art classes, and cookery lessons.

Our Southampton residential home is located in South Hampshire, amongst the quiet residential areas of Locks Heath, Warsash, and Titchfield, making it the perfect location for outdoor fresh air walks with the local nature reserves as well as the nearby seafront.
