Welcome to Austerby Gardens, a brand-new, all-inclusive care home in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

Opening in November 2026, Austerby Gardens care home will provide person-led residential, dementia and respite care in Bourne in a purpose-built home designed around independence and living well, every day.

Austerby Gardens sits in a quiet residential area on Tarragon Way, while remaining well connected to the surrounding community. The home is close to Bourne Wood, Bourne Castle, and the beautiful surrounding Lincolnshire countryside, as well as a variety of shops, cafes and amenities on North Street.

With our all-inclusive Crystal Clear Package, families will have peace of mind knowing that one clear weekly fee covers care, accommodation and the thoughtful extras that make everyday life more enjoyable. There are no unexpected costs or hidden surprises, just clear, compassionate care centred around each resident.
