Rex Pudol is Manager at Aston Manor.
Rex is proud to lead and commission Harrington’s newest home, creating an environment that promotes exceptional care and a true sense of community for residents and their families. Before stepping into his managerial role, Rex worked as a Senior Nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital in London, where he gained his qualifications as a Registered General Nurse. During his time there, he developed a wide range of clinical and leadership skills that have been instrumental in his success as a care home manager.
Rex is deeply passionate about delivering person-centred care, empowering his team, and ensuring residents can live fulfilling and dignified lives. Known for his approachable and compassionate nature, he strives to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families and his team.
