I am a Registered Nurse with over 9 years’ experience in health and social care, supporting people with a range of nursing, residential and dementia care needs. Caring for others is more than a job to me; it is something I genuinely enjoy and take pride in.
I am passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. My leadership style is approachable, honest and hands-on, and I believe happy, confident and valued teams provide the best care.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong clinical skills while building trusting relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. At Astley Hall, my ambition is to create a home where residents feel respected, valued and truly at home, families feel informed and reassured, and staff feel supported and recognised.
Astley Hall Care Home in Daventry provides personalised residential care, nursing care, dementia care and short-term respite care in a warm, safe and welcoming environment. Located near Drayton Reservoir, we support residents and families from Daventry and across Northamptonshire.
