Laura Aspin is Home Manager at Arplemere.
Laura has worked in the care sector since the age of 17, starting out as a care assistant before progressing through a variety of roles to achieve her goal of becoming a Registered Manager. Alongside her extensive experience, Laura holds qualifications in Health Studies, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and is a qualified Trainer and Assessor for Health and Social Care.
Laura is also the fundraising committee chair for the Smiley Josh Riley Foundation, a charity founded in honour of her late partner. Through her leadership, the foundation has raised over £100,000, recently funding a luxury lodge in the Lake District for young adults with cancer to enjoy with their families during treatment or palliative care.’
