Meet The Manager
Catherine Gudo is Manager at Arca Healthcare (Live-in Care).
Catherine has worked as a registered nurse in different health & social care settings for over 21 years. She also holds a BSc Palliative care nursing degree. She has worked in homecare for over 15 years, as a team leader, managing packages, training, carrying out risk assessments doing care plans as well as working hands on, to mention a few. She became a registered manager for a Carehost Services in October 2022 until August 2024 when she left the company, after registering Arca Health Limited with the CQC.
Catherine has a vast experience in complex care, personal care as well as palliative care. She has undertaken leadership & management courses, the most recent being Strategic Leadership & Management Course at Wolverhampton University.
At Arca Health, our care is provided in the most compassionate, caring, committed quality assured and proactive in the comfort and safety of your own home by our registered nurses as well as our skilled and competent health care assistants/ support workers.
Our care is much more than nursing. Its about the health and well being as well as safety for our service user.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our offices are open 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. But we also have a robust, proactive out of hours service, ensuring there is always someone available to answer your call and resolve your queries.
