| Activities Are So Important |
|---|
|
Life within our residential care home is both stimulating and varied. We recruit energetic Well-being Co-ordinators who ensure that there is always something going on, whatever your interests, each and every day of the week. We publish our programme of activities and events so that family and friends can join in, and we also ensure that our Derby Heights Facebook page is regularly updated so that relatives can see what we are getting up to, even when they are unable to visit. It is something that has proven very popular. We like to get out and about across Derbyshire too and our mini-van is a regular visitor to local places of interest, whether it is trips to the theatre, local heritage sites, shopping or just a Sunday lunch down at the pub. |
