| What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe | ||
|---|---|---|
|
In our home, we take a holistic approach to ensure the safety of both our staff and residents. We prioritise both their emotional and physical well-being. Our dedicated staff team strictly adheres to hygiene protocols and follows infection control guidelines. They are also trained in various areas of safety, such as fall and accident prevention, safeguarding, and medication management. In order to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality care and meet the needs of our residents, we utilise a dependency tool. This tool allows us to accurately measure the needs of each person and ensure that we maintain appropriate staffing levels to provide the right care at the right time. Additionally, we regularly conduct safety audits to ensure that best practices are fully embedded and sustained. |
