The building is constructed on ground and first floors. The accommodation is well arranged with adequate sized rooms, corridors of a reasonable width and adequate provision of day rooms, bathrooms and WC’s.
The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and adjoins a stream, a school, residential properties and playing fields.

The lovely gardens are mainly laid to lawn with shrubs and hedgerows to the boundary and a row of mature trees
