Emma Pithers

We support you to live happily and safely in your home

We put people first. Care is not a 'to do' list. It’s about supporting you to live as independently as possible. Whether you are looking for companionship, personal care, social activities, help around the house, support to look and feel great, shopping and meals or help to use technology like smartphones, our Wellbeing Support Workers will give you the best support possible.

Just enough support

Not everyone is keen or ready to accept they need support to live at home. Everyone is different, so our Wellbeing Support Workers are skilled in adjusting to meet people’s needs while maintaining people’s independence as far as possible. We take our time to really get to know people and build trusting relationships.

A team you can count on

Our Wellbeing Support Workers are local. They work in small, neighbourhood-based teams who know the area and can help connect you to other people around shared interests. Our commitment is to provide the same high quality service that we would want for our loved ones. We care for and value our employees paying them guaranteed hours significantly higher than average to reward them for their dedication and hard work.
