Meet The Manager

Amber Davies is Registered Manager at Farway Grange Care Home (Nursing).

My name is Amber, I am a Registered Nurse as well as the Registered Manager for both of Amrial Care’s Services, One being Nursing Care the other Supported Living for people with Mental Health Diagnosis.

I have worked within the Care sector for over 20 years - firstly as a Health Care Assistant, I then went on to do my Nursing Degree and have worked within the Care Home environment since qualifying. I chose to remain in the Care Home environment as I feel you have a more personal relationship with your residents/service users.

After 5 years of being qualified I then took the role as Deputy Manager in a Dementia Specialist Home which I did for 3 years before branching out to become a Manager with Amrial in 2016.

Farway Grange has been an independently operated Bournemouth care home since 1986. Our aim is to provide a caring and open home with unobtrusive professional support, and to deliver holistic nursing care for our residents, whatever their circumstances.
