Tara Spencer is Care Home Manager at Nightingale Nursing and Care Home.
Tara is an experienced and dedicated Home Manager and Registered General Nurse (RGN), bringing a wealth of clinical expertise and operational leadership across nursing and residential care settings. She is passionate about delivering the highest standards of person-centred care, ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.
Known for her ability to inspire and motivate teams, Tara creates positive, high-performing environments where team members feel empowered, supported, and proud of the care they deliver. Her leadership style is values-driven, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
She is committed to developing others, building strong team cultures, and driving excellence through clear accountability, open communication, and a shared vision for outstanding care.
Nightingale Nursing & Care Home is an excellent residential and dementia care home for the elderly, in the village of Edwinstowe near Mansfield.
We provide personal care of the highest possible quality for all our residents, providing both short-term and long-term residential care for the elderly and those living with dementia. We also provide respite care for elderly people to give their carers a break.
We are situated in the lovely village of Edwinstowe, seven miles from the town of Mansfield, nine miles from Worksop, and only 16 miles from Newark. Nightingale Care Home is a modern purpose-built property very close to the centre of Edwinstowe.
