Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. | Our Building and Facilities |
|---|
|
The home itself is based in an attractive, four-storey Victorian/Edwardian building with a colourful past – having been a monastery, a refuge during WW2 and later C&C’s headquarters when it was extended in the 1960s. It’s nestled in a pleasant residential street at the corner of Kew Green, in the much sought-after area close to Kew Gardens in Richmond. It was first registered as a care home in 1978, and we strive to feel like home first, a care home second. |
