Mairead Liston is Registered Manager at Cavendish (Homecare) Professionals Ltd.

Mairead Liston, a transformational homecare leader with 40+ years' experience, has profoundly impacted clients, nurses, carers, and her team, enabling countless individuals to remain comfortably at home. Outstanding CQC ratings in care, an overall good rating, and reviews reflect this commitment.

Qualifying as a nurse in 1977, she gained business experience running a nursing agency from 1982 to 2009, providing services to NHS trusts and private hospitals.

Driven by a desire to elevate the quality of care, she founded Cavendish Homecare in 2010 to revolutionise homecare by providing exceptional, personalised support through at home nursing and care, filling critical gaps in these services.
