Sarah has been a cornerstone of Caremark West Berkshire & Reading since 2011, starting as a Care and Support Worker and rising through the ranks to become our Registered Care Manager in 2016. With proven excellence in every role, from Field Care Supervisor to Office Manager, Sarah has a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. Her dedication and experience ensure the highest standards of care for our clients.
